Gaucamole
Guacamole
This tasty recipes works great as a dip or as a dressing for your salad.
Ingredients
- 2 Hass avocados
- 1 roma tomato (chopped)
- 1/2 cup onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Step 1 | Cut avocodos in half lengthwise. Remove the seeds using a knife. Use a knife to cut the avocodo flesh in a cross-hatch pattern. Then use a spoon to scoop out the pieces into a bowl. Slightly mash the avocodos leaving some whole pieces. |
Step 2 | Mix in the chopped tomato, diced onion, lime juice, salt, and pepper. |
Step 3 | Serve with warm tortilla chips or on your favorite sandwich or salad. |
