This ice cream recipe is a delicious way to celebrate birthdays or just enjoy a summer night.
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 2 1/2 cups Sugar
- 2 quarts Half and Half
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 4-6 Butterfinger, or other chocolate, candy bars (finely crushed)
Directions
Step 1 | Beat eggs together. |
Step 2 | Add sugar gradually, beating until thick. |
Step 3 | Add remaining ingredients and mix well. |
Step 4 | Freeze in ice-cream freezer/maker until it reaches desired consistency. |
Note
You don't have to make it Butterfinger flavor. You can add your favorite candy bar and it tastes just as good.
