Menu Monday — September 8-14

Here’s what we’re eating this week. I’m starting to be in the mood for fall and winter foods, so this week is a mix of soups and hot dishes, and salads and grilling out. Sort of a transition from summer to fall, though it’s still blazing hot outside here. Oh, well. Feel free to use these menus of change them up to suit your family. Enjoy!
